Alter Ego

My two-year-old son has an alter ego. The other night, I was teasing him calling him different names..."Billy, Dilly, Filly, Gilly," etc... He laughed so hard when I called him Billy. He didn't like the others so much. Later that night when he was tired, he was sitting on my lap and he bit my finger. He looked up at me and with an evil sparkle in his eyes, said "I'm Billy" and laughed. He did that several times. The next day we were looking through the scriptures for family home evening and Will saw a page that he had colored on, and he got that same mischevious look on his face and said "I'm Billy." So he has decided whenever he does something bad, that it was Billy who did it...not innocent little Will!

Kid's too darn smart for his own good. Hope you can turn the Billy persona into a sweet little kid like Willie...

Thanks for the chuckle. Kid has good taste, I think billy works for an alter-ego better than filly as well!

We know who his daddy is...
Funny how they figure things out so quickly.
Tonight Poppy called me "daddy" and started laughing at herself and said "mommy i called you daddy!"
