Awesome Alums

Last Saturday we had an alumni tournament at USU. It was a lot of fun to play and to see everybody. Our team did well-we won two and tied one. It was just fun to get together and play again. It was great to see how many people came and were still involved and playing.

Rick and Collettey were in town, so we had to get another picture of all the grandkids. Well, at least we tried to get a picture...Notice how well Poppy and Willie get along...and how entertained Mr. O is. It was fun to see everybody!

Sunny Day

Here is a picture of Will with his hair all combed...it lasted for about 30 seconds I think...

It was such a nice day the past two days, we took the dogs out to park and enjoyed some sun. It was very nice and we all enjoyed it!

Athena

So Reed and I signed up for a half marathon in May. I know this is no big deal for the Edge's up north, or the Harward's down south but for some of us, running 13 miles is a big deal. As I was registering, there was a place to check if you are a Clydesdale or Athena. It directed you to check the Clydesdale box if you are a male weighing over 200 pounds; the Athena box if you are a female weighing over 150 pounds. Well, I am officially an Athena, whatever that means. Maybe there are special prizes for those of us who are "larger". Well, now that I have told everyone that I am running in a half marathon, I guess I have to do it. Maybe I should go lace up those running shoes...
